Your New Hire Enrollment period begins on the day you're hired and lasts 30 days. This is your chance to review your personal situation and consider your Getaway plan choices. Outside of this enrollment period, you may only make benefit changes during the annual Open Enrollment period, or if you experience a qualified life event (e.g., birth, adoption, marriage, divorce, loss of spouse/partner health coverage). Elections for 2023 can be made online via the UKG Enrollment portal, our online enrollment tool.

Guardian is the vendor for the Dental, Vision, Life and Disability, Critical Illness, Accident and Hospital Programs
Dental DPPO - High and Low Plans
Vision coverage will be administered by Guardian, and will utilize the Davis Vision network.
Basic Life AD&D
We will continue to provide all employees a $50,000 Life and AD&D benefit, at no cost to you.
Short Term Disability (STD)
We will continue to provide a STD plan to all employees, at no cost to you.
Long Term Disability (LTD)
LTD will be offered on a Voluntary basis, and employees who elect will be eligible for the following benefits:

Allstate is our vendor for the ID Theft Plan
