Nassau Candy announces 2023 annual open enrollment.

Annual Open enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the competitive Benefit Programs for the 2023-2024 plan year. You will have the ability to view programs available to you and your family, and select options that will provide coverage from September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2024.

Open Enrollment will take place from August 9th thru August 23th.

Introducing IBA & Northwell Health

  • IBA, who uses the BlueCard network nationally, will administer the same plan designs currently administered by UMR.
  • 98% of the providers and facilities used by our employees today are also part of the BlueCard network, so disruption to plan members should be minimal.
  • In addition to the BlueCard network, our NY employees will benefit from the Northwell Health Network, which offers lower costs for many services, including Primary care visits, Specialists, and Urgent Care
  • Contributions for Plan D will be remaining the same, and contributions to Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C will be increasing.

How To Enroll

Action Required

  • Visit the link below to review your current coverage, enroll and confirm your elections for September 1, 2023.
  • If you are new at electing benefits coverage, you MUST log into the Ease portal to make benefit elections by August 23, 2023.
  • If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by August 23, 2023.
  • If you don’t elect a new medical/dental/vision plan, your previous elections will be mapped over to the new IBA plan.
  • If you would like to decline benefits coverage, review the benefit plan options in Ease and choose to decline.
