Dayforce
Once again, NOCO will be using Dayforce for Open Enrollment benefit selections. Dayforce is a paperless open enrollment system that allows employees to select and compare benefit offerings easily. All enrollment forms must be completed in Dayforce by December 10th.
Medical
NOCO has experienced a substantial premium increase associated with the COVID-19 shutdown, rising prescription drug costs, and healthcare service cost increases. This year, NOCO is facing an annual premium increase of 15%.
While the company is absorbing the majority of the premium increase this year, we have made the difficult decision to implement a slight increase in the employee contribution.
NOCO will continue to contribute 88% of the High Deductible Plan, 77% of the Low Plan, and 67% of the High Plan. Please see the attached Benefit Summary for more detail. HR and Walsh Duffield, our benefits consultant, are available to discuss your optimal medical plan option.
Dental and Vision
We are pleased to announce that we have a new Dental and Vision provider. Ameritas will be our new provider, offering one of the nation's largest dental and vision networks. There is a slight decrease in the cost of the dental plans and the visions rates remain the same.
For vision, you will have the option of selecting from two networks, VSP or EyeMed. Please check with your eye care professional for network membership or visit https://www.ameritas.com/employee-benefits/find-a-provider/ to find a provider. You will need to select the network during open enrollment.
Life and Disability
The life and disability insurance provider will now be Equitable. During this open enrollment period, employees may enroll for up to $150,000 with no medical questions asked.
Wellness Access Card
NOCO will no longer be offering the Wellness Access Card. Telemedicine and discount programs will now be included with Blue Cross Blue Shield!
Individual Meetings
HR is available for individual meetings per the attached schedule. We are also available by appointment after hours. Spouses are welcome to attend a meeting!
