Open Enrollment:
Open enrollment will run October 14th - October 25th, 2024. Changes will be effective 11/1/2024. The 2024 open enrollment period will be a passive enrollment, meaning if you do nothing then all of your current 2024 - 2025 benefit elections for medical, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits will roll over.

*Note: 2025 Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Open Enrollment will run October 28th - November 8th changes will be effective 1/1/2025
*FSA contributions will not rollover into the next plan year. You must re-elect coverage and deductions for these plans each year.
Cigna Medical:
Medical coverage will continue to be provided by Cigna
National Debt Relief will continue to offer 3 medical plan options.
This year, National Debt Relief will offer a PPO medical plan featuring out-of-network benefits. The prior OAPIN $500 plan is changing to a PPO plan in 2024. These benefits are offered through the new OAP $500 Plan. Existing OAP $500 participants should review 2024 plan premiums and plan designs. Reminder, your plan election will roll over if you do not take action during the open enrollment period.
Deductibles will adjust on the prior OAPIN $1000 plan. This plan will change to the OAPIN $1500 plan during the 2024 plan year.
Premiums are reducing for Employee + Child(ren) tiers under the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).
National Debt Relief medical plan offerings in the 2024 - 2025 plan year include:
Open Access Plus $500 Deductible Plan
Open Access Plus $1,500 Deductible Plan (In-network only plan)
Open Access Plus $2000 Deductible High Deductible Health Plan (In-network only plan with Health Savings Account (HSA))
Health Savings Account (HSA Bank): National Debt Relief will make a quarterly contribution of $1,000 for employee only High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) participants and $2,000 for all other coverage tiers (Employee + Spouse, Employee + Child(ren), and Full Family) in 2025. National Debt Relief will continue to pro-rate new hire employer contributions.
If you are age 55 or older, you can make an additional catch-up contribution of $1,000.
2025 HSA Contribution Limits:
Employee Only: $4,300
All Other Coverage Tiers: $8,500
*These maximum contribution limits are inclusive of National Debt Relief's annual contribution.
You may contribute up to the following maximum levels of your own dollars if you are receiving the full annual National Debt Relief HSA contribution in 2025:
Employee Only: $3,300
All Other Coverage Levels: $6,550
Cigna Dental and Vision:
The Dental and Vision plans continue to be provided by Cigna with no changes to benefits or premium amounts.
MetLife Life and Disability:
Life and disability plans will continue to be provided by MetLife with no changes to current coverages. National Debt Relief will continue to offer Basic Life AD&D, Voluntary Life AD&D, New York State Disability, Short-Term Disability, Voluntary Short-Term Disability Buy-Up, and Voluntary Long Term Disability coverage.
Employee Assistance Program (MetLife through LifeWorks):
National Debt Relief's Employee Assistance Program will be provided by MetLife through LifeWorks beginning 11/1/2023.
Voluntary Benefits:
Additional benefits programs such as Accident Insurance, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity and MetLife Legal Plans will continue to be offered by MetLife with no changes to current benefits.
Pet Insurance will continue to be offered by the ASPCA with no changes to benefits.

MotivateME:
MotivateME is an incentive program that helps you and your spouse change unhealthy behaviors and rewards you for it. Taking healthy actions will help reduce your risk of illness, disease, and costly medical treatment. Team members and spouses that are enrolled in Cigna benefits can earn up to $300 in rewards for participating in MotivateME healthy activities in 2023-2024.

Omada is a digital lifestyle change program recognized by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The program focuses on reducing the risk of diabetes through healthy weight loss. With Omada, you have access to a customized plan, dedicated health coach, and smart health devices. Omada is available at no additional cost if you or your covered adult dependents are enrolled in a National Debt Relief sponsored Cigna medical plan and are at risk for type 2 diabetes or heart disease.
