Your medical and vision plan year runs from December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2024.

Your dental plan year runs from May 1, 2023 through April 30, 2024.

If NO changes are needed, then your current benefits will just roll over into the new plan year.

How To Enroll

Enrollment Forms

Current Employees:

  • If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by November 24.
  • Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward to 2023-2024 if you don't make a new election.


New Hires:

  • You will need to complete the forms of the benefits that you wish to enroll in.
