Your Medical plan year runs from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.

Your Dental and Vision plan year runs from February 1, 2025, through January 31, 2026.

If NO changes are needed, then your current benefits will just roll over into the new plan year.

HOW TO ENROLL

ENROLLMENT FORMS

Current Employees:

  • If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by January 10.
  • Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward to 2025 if you don't make a new election.

New Hires:

  • You will need to complete the appropriate enrollment documents.
