Helping you and your family reach and maintain good health is very important to Mascari Auto Center. Your employer is pleased to offer a selection of benefits designed with your health and financial wellbeing in mind. We review our benefit programs each year to ensure we consider the best combination of benefit coverage, network access and affordability for employees.
Eligibility
Employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible to participate in benefits offered by Mascari Auto Center. When you enroll in the benefits program, you may also cover your eligible dependents. Dependents include your legal spouse, child(ren) up to age 26 (regardless of student status, marital status, residence, or financial dependence on you), and an unmarried child incapable of self-support.

ENROLLMENT
If you are newly hired, you are eligible for benefits. You must complete the appropriate enrollment forms in order to be set up with the coverages. Once completed, please submit them to your employer to sign and to process.
You are able to elect the benefits that make sense for you & your family. All of the options are considered 'stand alone', which means you can enroll with any or none of the policies.
- UPMC HP- Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage
You can modify your elections under certain circumstances, called "Qualifying Events". These are events such as marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, loss of eligibility under another plan. If you experience a qualifying event, you may make changes to your benefits within 30 days of the event.

MEDICAL/RX
UPMC HealthPlan administers your world-class medical and prescription drug benefits.
To find out if your provider is in-network, please visit the UPMC website below. The Network Name is the Partner Network.
The Partner Network only includes providers and hospitals that are UPMC owned. This means you cannot use any non-owned doctor or facility unless in a life-threatening emergency.
For instance, St. Clair Hospital, Heritage Valley Sewickley and Kennedy and Med Express are excluded and NOT In-Network.
Emergency Care is covered at 100%, with the copay applying, at ANY hospital. It is not a requirement to stay in the network when you need emergency care for life threatening illnesses or injuries. Go to the closest ER for care, and call UPMC HP after care is received at 888-876-2756.
DENTAL
Mascari Auto Center dental plans provide comprehensive coverage to help you and your family maintain good dental health.

Mascari Auto Center offers vision coverage through UPMC HP to help pay for eye exams. You receive a higher level of benefits when you see a provider in the UPMC HP Vision Network. Review your coverage details in your Benefit Guide.
