Your plan year runs from October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025.
Please review all 2024-2025 Benefits Overview Information.
If NO changes are needed, then your current benefits will just roll over into the new plan year.

HOW TO ENROLL
Current Employees:
- If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by September 20th.
- Your current medical, dental and/or vision elections will carry forward to 2024-2025 if you don't make any new elections.
New Hires:
- You will need to complete any related enrollment form(s).
