Introduction
This enrollment site is available throughout the 2022 plan year for benefit eligible MNRK employees. If you have already enrolled in benefits for the 2022 plan year, you will be permitted to change your elections if you have a Life Event only (as outlined in your employee Benefits Guide). If you are enrolling for the first time, there is a link to the enrollment portal in the below section to make your elections. To help you make educated decisions on what benefits to enroll in, please refer to the recorded webinar below (enter passcode L!zz=Zy4 to listen). How To Enroll
Visit the ADP Employee Self-Service portal below to enroll and modify your elections for 2022
- If you're electing benefits coverage for the first time, you must log in to the portal to make benefits elections within 30 days from your eligibility date
- If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you may do so if you experience a life change event only
- To participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) in 2022, you must make an election. Your 2021 elections for HSA or FSA will not carry over to 2022.
Medical
This section provides information on the MNRK medical plans and medical plan resources through Cigna available to employees enrolling for July 1, 2022 and thereafter.
In summary:
- For current medical plan members, your current medical benefits will run through June 30, 2022
- New medical benefits you elected during Open Enrollment (5/10 – 5/13) will go into effect July 1, 2022
- Medical Deductibles and Out of Pocket charges will reset on June 1, 2022
- Any Deductible or Out of Pocket charges incurred for the month of June, 2022 will be credited to your new medical plan as of July 1, 2022
- All future benefits will be administered on a June 1 – May 31 cycle and will be selected during subsequent Open Enrollments
Please note: All employees who were enrolled in an MNRK medical plan that did not elect or waive coverage during Open Enrollment, to ensure you have coverage on July 1, 2022, if no election or waive option was made, SESAC will be mapping your current benefits over to new plans as follows:
- Those employees with the HDHP (ABHP) HSA Plan will be mapped to the HDHP HSA Plan, as outlined on page 9 of in the Benefits Guide
- Those employees with the PPO Base Plan will be mapped to the HRA Buy-Up Plan, as outlined on page 11 of the Benefits Guide
Again, this proactive step is to ensure you continue receiving coverage come July 1, 2022. As all of your benefits will now align with the SMG’s menu of benefits, all references to your employment will be made as part of SMG, similar to other portfolio companies such as Harry Fox Agency and Audiam.

Additional Resources and InsurChoice Voluntary Programs
This section provides information on the MNRK employee assistance program (EAP), pet insurance, and InsurChoice voluntary programs available to employees for available to employees for June 1, 2022.
- InsurChoice provides options for coverages not available through the traditional MNRK Benefits. InsurChoice is a clearinghouse for coverages such as Home Owners, Auto and Renters insurance and provides discounts on a variety of things. As these coverages are outside of the MNRK offered benefits, any coverage you purchase will be billed directly to you by the insurer offering the coverage.
