Your plan year runs from December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2026.

If NO changes are required, then your current benefits will just roll over into the new plan year.

HOW TO ENROLL
- If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by Nov 14.
- Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward to 2025-2026 if you don't make a new election.
