Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2021 Health Care Program, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family. Please review our 2021 Enrollment Guide and attend our upcoming education session to learn more about our 2021 benefits offerings.

New for this Year:

  • Employee contributions for all three health plans have changed this year, so be sure to review the new rates.
  • We will be offering the Cigna Easy Choice Tool to assist you with making a decision that best suits your personal needs.


Whats Not Changing:

  • All medical, vision, dental, and ancillary benefits will be remaining the same.

Online Tool

The Cigna Easy Choice Tool is a decision support tool that can assist you when choosing a benefit plan. This tool takes about 15 minutes to go through, can be used online, and walks you through choosing a plan that bests suits you.

A “pre-enrollment” line is also available to you if you would like to speak to a Cigna One Guide specialist who can assist with the following:

  • Easily understand the basics of health coverage
  • Identify the types of health plans available to you that best meet the needs of you and your family
  • Check if your doctors are in-network to help you avoid unnecessary costs
  • Get answers on any other questions you may have about the plans or provider networks available to you

To get started please visit the link below to log in to ADP. You will see a 2021 open enrollment pop up as soon as you log in. Click on Start This Enrollment to begin.


  • If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by November 13th. Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward to 2021 if you don't make a new election.
  • To participate in a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account in 2021, you must make an active election, even if you're already participating in 2021.
