How To Enroll
ACTION REQUIRED!
Please spend this week watching the "On-Demand Benefit Presentation" above in the Introduction Section and determine your new elections.
Then, between November 10th through November 20th, log into the Paycom site to make your new elections for the BCBS Medical plans and any other plans you need to make changes to.
- Go to www.Paycom.com
- Enter your User ID: First Initial + Last Name (e.g.John Smith = JSmith)
- Enter your Password: Last 4 of your SSN
- Click on the bell
- Select 2021 Benefits Enrollment
- Follow instructions and enroll in your benefits
- Make sure to save your elections and print your confirmation statement
Medical
Below are the required Summary of Benefit Coverages to help you understand your medical plan options.
HSA
Some forms that will help you better understand your health savings account. You must be enrolled in the Mid HSA plan to be eligible for the HSA.
Dental
Along with your dental flyer, check out the new HOW Program to see if you might qualify for additional free services.
Vision
Some forms that will help you better understand your vision options, as well as special offers from VSP.
Basic & Vol Life
Documents related to the Basic Life/AD&D and Voluntary Life/AD&D plans.
Accident Policy
Some forms that will help you better understand your voluntary accident plan.
