It's time to update your benefit elections during Landis Construction Co.'s annual open enrollment!

Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2022 benefits offered by LCC, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family. Please review our 2022 Benefits Summary to learn more about our 2022 benefits offerings.

How To Enroll

Open Enrollment is happening today through December 10th, 2021. Any changes you make will be effective January 1st, 2022

Please note, all employees MUST log into your Keystyle/ViewpointOne online portal to complete your enrollment.

2022 Benefits

  • MEDICALThis year, we received a large increase from United Healthcare All Savers for our medical plans. In an effort to keep your premiums as low as possible, we have made some slight plan changes. However, we have also made changes to the Health Reimbursement (HRA) subsidies for all plans. These changes allow us to keep your cost exposure unchanged. We have also decided to contribute more to the premiums to keep your deductions as close to current as possible. Please review all three plan options to decide which option is best for you and your family. 

  • HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA): We are excited to announce that we will continue to make HSA contributions to your personal HSA for employees enrolled in the Core Plan. Landis will contribute $300 annually ($25/month) for individual coverage and $480 annually ($40/month) for coverage with 1 or more dependents to your HSA.

  • FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT (FSA): You can contribute up to $2,850 in 2022 towards your FSA. This account allows eligible employees to contribute pre-tax dollars to an account to be used for medical, dental and vision expenses. Your full annual election is immediately available at the beginning of the plan year. If any balances remain at the end of the year, you can roll over up to $550 to use in the following year. Any unused funds exceeding the $550 rollover will be forfeited. If you are enrolled in an HSA, you can still contribute to an FSA, however this would be considered a Limited Purpose FSA. Eligible expenses under a Limited Purpose FSA are dental and vision expenses and out of pocket medical expenses after you reach the federally qualified high deductible health plan annual deductible of $1,400 for an individual or $2,800 for a family. You can contribute a maximum of $2,850 to an FSA.

  • DENTAL & VISION: This year we will be moving our Dental and Vision coverages to Equitable! This move allows us to reduce the premiums and offer larger networks.

  • VOLUNTARY LIFE/AD&D: We will keep our Voluntary Life/AD&D benefits with Equitable this year. There are NO CHANGES to the costs or benefits. Please note, if you are enrolled in Voluntary Life/AD&D coverage and have aged up to the next age band, you may see a change in your cost. If you would like to make any changes to these benefits, please reach out to our benefits' partner, NFP to discuss the changes.

  • VOLUNTARY BENEFITS: We have made some changes to our voluntary benefits this year. We were able to attain a better benefits package through Reliance Standard. The Accident plan will pay you if you have an accidental injury. The Critical Illness with Cancer plan pays a lump sum of $20,000 if you have heart attack, stroke, heart failure, etc. or if you are diagnosed with an internal cancer. The Hospital Indemnity plan pays if you are admitted to the hospital for an sickness or injury. Remember, these benefits pay cash benefits directly to YOU.

  • FSA DEPENDENT CARE ACCOUNT (DCA): Employees can deduct “pre-tax” earnings into a Dependent Care Account (DCA). A Dependent Care Account (DCA) can be used to pay for dependent care services, such as preschool, summer day camp, before or after school programs, and child or elder daycare. You can contribute a maximum of $5,000 annually.
