Changes This Year

The Kiowa Tribe is committed to offering a comprehensive employee benefits program that helps our team members stay healthy, feel secure and maintain a work-life balance.

Benefits: We are pleased to announce there will be no changes to your benefits for the upcoming plan year.

Your Cost Per Paycheck: Our medical and dental premium increased, so you’ll see a change to your payroll deductions for these benefits. You may also see an increase to your Voluntary Life and Short-term Disability payroll deductions, if you advanced to a new age band or had a change in salary.
