Annual Open Enrollment

Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about your health care benefits, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.

Your plan year runs from December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2024.

Please review all 2023-2024 Benefits Overview Information.

If NO CHANGES are needed, then your current benefits will just roll over into the new plan year.

How To Enroll

Enrollment Forms
  • If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by November 17.
  • Your CURRENT medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward to 2023-2024 if you don't make a new election.
  • Anyone enrolled in the medical coverage will automatically be enrolled in the Nationwide/Gilsbar supplemental plan.
