Welcome KKR Employees

Introduction

This website is available to benefit eligible KKR employees, for reference and enrollment information. 


  • During Open Enrollment (November 1, 2022 through November 15, 2022), you can review and make benefits changes for the upcoming plan year, which begins January 1, 2023 and ends December 31,2023, in the enrollment portal. Once your elections are submitted, you can only make changes if you have a Life Event (as outlined on page XX of the benefit guide, available in the Benefits Overview section below).


To help you make educated decisions on what benefits to enroll in, please refer to the recorded webinars below. For detailed information on the benefits offered to you, additional resources are available in the sections below. We hope you and your family are staying safe and healthy during this time.

How To Enroll

Action Required

Your 2023 benefit elections can be made online via Workday.


YOU CAN ACCESS WORKDAY


Internally: From the Workday link on KKR Central, under the KKR HR policies and Programs tab (bottom right of your screen)


From Home: http://workday.kkr.com


On the Go: Download the Workday mobile app to your smartphone and/or tablet. Go to KKR Central, for more detailed instructions.


Steps

1. Log in to Workday

2. Click on the Workday Inbox on the top right

3. Click on the Open Enrollment Change item

4. Follow the Enrollment Steps/Screens to make any changes.


Workday will give you a summary of your elected benefits and calculate your semi-monthly contributions. If you need assistance, click here to view Workday Open Enrollment benefit elections instructions.


IMPORTANT: You must click "Submit" for your elections to be recorded.

This section provides information on the KKR medical plans and medical plan resources available to employees enrolling for January 1, 2023.
