Annual Open Enrollment

Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about your health care benefits, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.

Your plan year runs from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.

Please review all 2022-2023 Benefits Overview Information.

If NO changes are needed then your current benefits will just roll over into the new plan year.


If you are a new employee you have the opportunity to elect coverages.

Please make your elections no later than 30 days from your hire date.

Coverage will begin the 1st of the month following 60 days.

How To Enroll

Enrollment Forms

Current Employees:

  • If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by June 24.
  • Your current medical elections will carry forward to 2022-2023 if you don't make a new election.


New Hires:

  • You will need to complete the medical enrollment form and return to Heidi Rodeheaver.
