Routine eye exams are important for maintaining good eye health as well as healthy vision, and an annual eye exam is the best way to protect your overall eye health. Vision changes are a natural part of the aging process. As you age, your risk of glaucoma, cataracts and age-related macular degeneration rises. Regular eye exams can also detect diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

As a full-time employee of City of Jeannette you are already enrolled in the Highmark vision coverage effective May 1, 2022.
However, if in the future you need to make changes to your benefit election for the following reasons:
Marriage and want to add your spouse
Birth of a Child
Adopted a Child
Address Change
Need to remove a spouse due to divorce or spouse has other coverage
Need to remove a child due to child is now has his/her own coverage.
