Introduction

We are pleased to present this guide which highlights the comprehensive coverage available to you. Our benefits program is designed to offer employees substantial coverage to meet both individual and family needs. This booklet includes only highlights. The specific terms of coverage, exclusions & limitations are contained in the plan documents and insurance certificates. All coverage and coverage costs are subject to change at any time in the future. If you have any questions about a specific service or treatment, please contact the appropriate insurance carrier.

How To Enroll

Action Required
  • Visit https://paycomonline.com to review your current coverage and enroll and modify your elections for 2023.
  • If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by November 18th.
  • All employees must login and enroll or deny coverage.
  • To participate in a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account, you must make an active election, even if you're already participating for the current year. 




If you have a Qualifying Life Event and want to request a mid-year change, you must notify Human Resources and complete your election changes within 30 days following the event.

Be prepared to provide documentation to support the Qualifying Life Event.
