We are pleased to offer you this comprehensive, easy to use, online enrollment aide to review and complete your enrollment elections. Please review this information carefully as you prepare to make your new hire benefit elections to ensure that you select the coverage that is right for you. For more information, please refer to the Benefits Portal and plan documents.
Enrollment Education
As a new employee, your benefits are effective the 1st of the month following, or coinciding with, your date of hire. You must apply for benefits within 31 days of becoming eligible. This is your opportunity to learn about the Health Care Program and choose the best options for you and your family.

How to Enroll
Your New Hire window is your initial opportunity to make your benefit elections. The elections you make will remain in place until December 31, 2026. You cannot make changes to these elections unless you have a Qualifying Life Event (QLE). You must notify HR within 30 days of your QLE to be eligible to make new elections.
