Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about your health care benefits, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.

Your medical and vision plan year runs from December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2025.

Your dental plan year runs from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.

Please review all 2024-2025 Benefits Overview Information.

If NO changes are needed, then your current benefits will just roll over into the new plan year.

HOW TO ENROLL

ENROLLMENT FORMS

Current Employees:

  • If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by November 24.
  • Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward to 2024-2025 if you don't make a new election.

New Hires:

  • You will need to complete the forms of the benefits that you wish to enroll in.
