Open enrollment is your annual opportunity to update and learn about the benefits provided through Hope Community Services. This is a good opportunity to review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family. All benefit changes during open enrollment will become effective January 1, 2023. Please attend the upcoming meeting to learn more about our benefits offerings.
Virtual Open Enrollment Meetings:
Tuesday, November 19th - 12:00pm
Thursday, December 1st - 12:00pm
The purpose of this site is to provide employees with 24/7 access to our 2023 benefits offerings and carrier resources available to enrolled members.
We are happy to announce there will be no benefit changes to our medical, dental, vision and life insurance for the 2023 plan. Hope Community will be offering new voluntary benefits like, long-term disability, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity.
Please download and complete the 2023 Enrollment Form (even if you are not making changes). Remember, payroll deductions to an FSA must be reelected each year, there is a separate enrollment form for that benefit under the FSA section of this site.
All benefit change and enrollment forms need to be submitted to HR by December 7th, for an effective date of January 1, 2023.
Benefit changes outside of Open Enrollment require a
Qualifying Life Event and/or Loss of Eligibility.
You may not change your benefits throughout the year unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event. Qualifying Events may include marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, loss of eligibility under another plan. If you experience a qualifying event, you must notify HR within 30 days of the event. Please remember you only have 30 days from the event to make changes to your benefit elections.
BCBS will continue to administer our medical and prescription drug benefits.
