Introduction

Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review your benefit needs and make elections that are best for you. For the new plan year, medical coverage will continue with BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois. Open enrollment will be held from May 1st to May 31st this year.


Important Things to Know:


  • You will not be able to make changes outside of open enrollment unless you have a qualifying event (marriage, birth, divorce, etc.).
  • All benefits will be effective June 1st, 2024.

How to Enroll & Make Changes

To enroll in or make changes to benefits with BCBSIL, please complete the enrollment/change form.


NOTE:

  • As a new hire, coverage will be effective on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment
  • Outside of the yearly open enrollment, changes to coverage can only be made when experiencing a qualifying event (marriage, divorce, birth of a child, etc.)
