HACC’s annual enrollment for employee benefits will be held from October 27th through November 12th. Annual enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to make changes to your benefit plans. Elections made during this annual enrollment period will take effect January 1, 2026.

Please Note: Your current Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) elections will not roll over into the plan year that begins January 1, 2026. If you want to contribute money to either of these accounts for the 2026 plan year, you must log into bswift and make an election for the new year.

Good news! There will be no change to the Capital Blue Cross medical plans for the 2025 plan year. You will continue to have the option to enroll in the Capital medical plans below:
Additionally, there will be no change next year to the paycheck contributions for any of the Capital Blue Cross medical plans.

If you enroll in the Capital Blue Cross High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), you will have the option to contribute to a Health Savings Account. The 2026 maximum annual contribution to an HSA is $4,400 for employees with Single coverage and $8,750 for employees with Family coverage. HACC will also make an annual contribution to your Health Savings Account based on your medical enrollment tier:

The UCCI dental plans will continue to be offered in the new plan year. You have the option of enrolling in either of the two dental plans below:
HACC offers two vision plans through NVA. The plans below will continue to be offered in 2025 with no change to covered benefits or employee contributions.
HACC offers you the option of setting up a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and setting aside money from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis to pay for eligible expenses. For the 2026 plan year, you have the option of setting up the following FSAs:

At Annual Enrollment, you have the option to elect any of the voluntary benefits offered by Aflac. Aflac's plans help provide a financial safety net to help cover your expenses during an accident or illness. The benefits payable under each of these plans are a direct cash payment to you.

The deadline to make your benefit elections for the plan year beginning January 1, 2026 is November 12, 2025.
Annual enrollment is your opportunity to make benefit elections for the January – December 2026 plan year. Per IRS rules, employees enrolled in pre-tax benefit plans may only make changes to their benefits once per year during the annual enrollment period. If you are currently contributing money to either of these accounts, your current election will not carry over into the new year, and you must go online and elect these plans if you wish to contribute money to these accounts in 2026.
This year, benefit elections will be made on our bSwift enrollment site. Log into the MyHACC website and go to the Human Resources tab. You will find a link to bSwift in the Compensation and Benefits box.
