Annual Open Enrollment

Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about your health care benefits, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.

Your medical, dental, and vision plan year runs from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.

Please review all 2023-2024 Benefits Overview Information.

If NO changes are needed, then your current benefits will just roll over into the new plan year.


If you are a new employee, you have the opportunity to elect coverages.

Please make your elections no later than 30 days from your hire date.

Coverage will begin the 1st of the month following the 30 days.

How To Enroll

Enrollment Forms

Current Employees:

  • If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by June 23.
  • Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward to 2023-2024 if you don't make a new election.


New Hires:

  • You will need to complete the medical, dental, and vision applications.
