Open Enrollment

It's time to update your benefit elections during Green Coast Enterprise's annual open enrollment!


Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2021-2022 benefits offered by Green Coast Enterprise, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family. Please review our 2021-2022 Benefits Summary to learn more about our 2021-2022 benefits offerings.


How To Enroll

Open Enrollment is happening today through June 16th, 2021. Any changes you make will be effective July 1st, 2021


Please note, all employees MUST log into your Ease online portal to complete your enrollment.


2021-2022 Benefits

  • MEDICALIn effort to maintain the most cost efficient plans, we will be moving our medical coverage to United Healthcare All Savers. We are excited to announce that United Healthcare is able to offer us enhanced benefits and a broader network! With Humana, we had two Ochsner network options in place (along with a National network option), whereas we will have access to United Healthcare’s full national Choice Plus network for all plans effective July 1st. Please review the plan options to decide which option is best for you and your family.


  • DENTAL: This year we will be moving our dental coverage from Sun Life Financial to Reliance Standard! This move allows us to keep current premium in place for 2021-2022 plan year.


  • VISION: We will be keeping our vision coverage with Humana. Vision benefits and rates will remain the same from the previous year.


  • LIFE/AD&D AND DISABILITY: We will be keeping our Group Life/AD&D, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability benefits with Reliance Standard. Enrollment in these plans are automatic.


  • EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP): This new program provides professional services to help employees address a variety of personal, family, life and work related issues. From every day stress to relationship issues at work or home, the EAP provides support for overall health, well-being and life management. EAP benefits are 100% confidential and available to all covered employees and family members regardless of location.
