How To Enroll
Open Enrollment is happening from December 12th through December 15th. Any changes you make will be effective January 1st, 2024
Please note, all employees MUST login to your Ease online portal to complete your enrollment.
2024 Benefits
MEDICAL: We will be staying with BCBS for medical coverage. Please review the plans to decide which option is best for you and your family.
DENTAL & VISION: We will be staying with Guardian.
FSA ACCOUNTS: We are adding both health flexible spending and dependent care plans. Both plans are deducted on a pre-tax basis to help you and your family.
LIFE & DISABILITY: We will be moving to Mutual of Omaha. The Basic Life, LTD and STD are 100% paid for by Global Commerce & Services. New for this year: We are adding voluntary life coverage for you and your family. This benefit is voluntary and paid by you the employee.
VOLUNTARY BENEFITS: We will be moving to Mutual of Omaha. The coverages offered will be accident, hospital indemnity and critical illness. These benefits are voluntary and paid by you the employee. Please remember that these benefits pay CASH DIRECTLY TO YOU.
