In addition to protecting your smile, dental insurance helps pay for dental care and usually includes regular checkups, cleanings and X-rays. Several studies suggest that oral diseases, such as periodontitis (gum disease), can affect other areas of your body—including your heart. Receiving regular dental care can protect you and your family from the high cost of dental disease and surgery.
Plese refer to the dental summary in the "Benefit Summaries" section below, for an entire list of covered services, limitations and frequencies.
The Voluntary Vision plan is available to employees working 40 hours per week.
Vision coverage through EyeMed provides benefits for eye exams, prescription glasses, contact lenses, as well as other vision-related items.
How the Plan Works
You have the freedom to receive services from any provider. You will, however, receive a higher level of benefits if you receive care from a provider who participates in the EyeMed network.
Please refer to your vision benefit summary in the "benefit Summaries" section below for an entire list of covered services, limitations and frequencies.
Wiseway provides all employees with basic term life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage at no cost to you.

Who's Your Beneficiary? Naming a beneficiary is a crucial part of electing life insurance. Also, don't forget to update your primary or secondary beneficiary if you experience a life event, such as a divorce or birth of a child.
Please refer to the Life AD&D summaries in the "Benefit Summaries" section below, for additional details.
