This enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2022 benefit offerings and choose the best options for you and your family. Please review our 2022 benefit information to learn more about our plan options being offered.


How To Enroll

Action Required
  • All elections will be completed in the ADP system.
  • Please have dates of birth and any social security numbers or tax id's for dependents you would like to enroll in plans.
  • If you are enrolling in voluntary life and elect more than the guarantee issue you will need to complete and submit the evidence of insurability form (EOI). Once completed please forward to Nicole Cagliola at nicole.cagliola@nfp.com . The form will need to be reviewed and approved by the carrier in order to have the additional amounts. You will received information from the carrier directly in reference to any additional questions they may have as well as to their decision.
