Employees can elect or waive the insurance during your onboarding process in the Workbright hiring portal. Once full-time benefit eligible employees meet the required waiting period time frame, they will be given the necessary paperwork to complete in order to be enrolled in the benefit coverages. After the documentation is completed, employees can return the paperwork to their management team.
If employees do not wish to elect benefits, they will check the "Waive" box in the Workbright hiring portal during the onboarding process. If insurance is elected during onboarding, but the employee changes their mind before enrolling in the coverages, they will just notify their management team when they reach out with the necessary paperwork to be completed.
