At Exceed we appreciate your commitment and contributions to our organization’s success. Each year, we strive to offer benefit plans to our employees that not only reward you for your hard work but offer you and your family comprehensive and affordable health and wellness protection. We are confident that you will find our benefit offerings to be of excellent value to you and to your dependents.

In this communication you will find access to a summary of our benefit plans for 2026. Please review carefully as you prepare to make your elections for the upcoming plan year to ensure that you select the coverage that is right for you. For more information, please refer to the Benefits Web Guide, Benefit Portal or plan documents.

Open Enrollment Education

Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the Health Care Program for the upcoming plan year, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family. Please review our Benefits Web Guide and watch the recorded Open Enrollment Benefits Webinar to learn more about Exceed's benefit offerings.

How to Enroll

This year is a PASSIVE Open Enrollment, which means that all current elections will rollover into the April 1, 2026 plan year, EXCEPT the HSA contributions. You will need to take action in Employee Navigator if you wish to contribute in 2026.

Open Enrollment is the one time of year where you can update your elections. The elections you make will remain in place until March 31, 2027. You cannot make changes to these elections unless you have a Qualifying Life Event (QLE). You must notify HR within 30 days of your QLE to be eligible to make new elections.

To enroll or make changes to your benefits, login to Employee Navigator, using the link above.
