This annual enrollment will be an active open enrollment, which means you must make your benefit elections by November, 18, 2022 if you wish to be enrolled in benefits for the 2022 - 2023 plan year.

Employee Navigator will once again be used to make your elections. Below highlights the benefits for the upcoming plan year.
The Medical plans will remain with UnitedHealthcare (UHC).
The Dental plan will now be with Delta Dental.
FCA will continue to offer Vision benefits through VSP.
Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity will be offered through UnitedHealthcare (UHC). There are no changes to cost.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS
Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts (NOT APPLICABLE TO HDHP PLAN MEMBERS IF YOU CONTRIBUTE TO AN HSA):
Employees may elect up to $1,500 per year on a pre-tax basis to use towards health care purchases. The $610 rollover feature will continue. Keep in mind, the FSA accounts have a “use it or lose it” rule, minus the $500 rollover.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts:
You can set aside an annual amount up to $5,000 on a pre-tax basis to use towards expenses for qualified dependent(s).
Health Savings Account (HSA):
If you enroll in the High Deductible Health Plan, you have the opportunity to contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA). An HSA is a bank account used to pay for qualified health expenses (medical, dental, vision) for you and your eligible tax dependents. The maximum contribution for 2023 is $3,850 for single coverage and $7,750 when covering dependents.
LIFE AND DISABILITY
The Life/AD&D, Voluntary Life, Short Term and Long Term Disability programs will remain with The Standard.
UNIVERSAL LIFE INSURANCE
