Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about your health care benefits, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.
Your Medical, Dental, and Vision plan year runs from December 1, 2024, through November 30, 2025.
Your Life and Disability plan year runs from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.
Please review all 2024-2025 Benefits Overview Information.
If NO changes are needed, then your current benefits will just roll over into the new plan year.

One of the best ways for you to save toward your own retirement and ensure your future security is through an employer-sponsored 401(k) plan.

HOW IT WORKS
Create your account: First you will need to fill out the below Enrollment and Beneficiary forms. Then you will need to establish your online account. Below are the instructions on how to log in and navigate the online portal. The portal is where you can set up or change your contribution amount.
WHY PARTICIPATE?
When you contribute a percentage of your pay to a 401(k) plan, you immediately start paying less to Uncle Sam. That's because your contribution comes out of your paycheck before income taxes are deducted. That means your taxable income is less, which in turn lowers your tax bill.
