HOW TO ENROLL
- If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by June 12.
- Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward to 2026-2027 if you don't make a new election.
Employee Contributions per Tier:

All contribution amounts are bi-weekly and will be deductible from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis.
Employees are responsible for all co-pays and deductibles under both plans.
