Your plan year runs from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.

HOW TO ENROLL
- If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by June 20.
- Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward to 2025-2026 if you don't make a new election.
Employee Contributions per Tier:
UPMC EPO $4,000 Plan (BASE Plan)
All contribution amounts are bi-weekly and will be deductible from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis.
Employees are responsible for all co-pays and deductibles under both plans.
