You are being offered the opportunity to participate in Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity insurance. These plans are voluntary benefits and offer you the convenience of the premium being payroll-deducted from your paycheck.
All employees hired after 9/8/2021 need to either accept or decline coverage. It is important to make an election because the medical questions typically associated with insurance enrollment have been waived. Remember, it’s easy to enroll, just check High, Low, or No ®. This can be done online at www.HighLowOrNo.com by entering your log in information below.
All employees hired before 9/8/2021, you have already been given the opportunity to enroll in this coverage, if you declined coverage in the past but wish to enroll now, this can be done online at www.HighLowOrNo.com by entering your log in information below.
If you already participate in one or all of these plans then your coverage will carry over year to year. You do not need to re-enroll in the plan(s). If you wish to increase your coverage to the plan max, or add a dependent please call the VBA call center at 855-228-8309.
