CaptivePlus

The CaptivePlus solution is designed to provide safe and flexible group captive programs that streamline NFP’s subject matter experts to the front lines of risk management. With a collaboration between NFP’s vast resources, and a fronting “A” rated stop loss carrier, we will guide the experience through the years with the intentions to maximize the opportunity and limit the risk for the members. This brings greater appetite for risk from the stop loss market and allows employers comfort in self-funding. This is achieved by reducing risk associated with purchasing stop loss coverage annually in a vehicle designed to minimize fixed cost to nearly 20% of the total spend. NFP specializes in custom designed group medical stop loss captive’s that are flexible for the needs of our advisors and valued clients.

Why NFP

Innovation

Benchmarking

Keeping your benefits program current and competitive is vital to achieving your business strategies. A nonexistent or flawed benchmarking process may lead to poor decisions and costly results.

The dataset includes information on the prevalence, costs and provisions of different benefit types, and can be reported by:

Company size

Industry

Geographic region

Plan design specifications

Contribution levels

Successful benefits benchmarking will support:

Awareness of plan performance, strengths and weaknesses

Greater confidence in developing and managing benefits plans

Greater involvement and motivation to share market trends

Increased willingness to share solutions to common problems and build consensus about what is needed to accommodate changes

Better understanding of the big picture and how different factors interplay to facilitate the design of a competitive benefits package

Quarterly Executive Summary

Actuarial Services
