If NO changes are needed, then your current benefits will just roll over into the new plan year.

HOW TO ENROLL

ENROLLMENT FORM

Current Employees:

  • If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by July 26, 2024.
  • Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward to 2024-2025 if you don't make a new election.


New Hires:

  • You will need to complete the attached UPMC enrollment form.
