Introduction

This website is available to benefit eligible DeliverHealth Production employees, for reference and enrollment information. 


  • During Open Enrollment (November 6, 2023 through November 17, 2023), you can review and make benefits changes for the upcoming plan year, which begins January 1, 2024 and ends December 31,2024, in the enrollment portal. Once your elections are submitted, you can only make changes if you have a Life Event (as outlined on page 5 of the benefit guide, available in the Benefits Overview section below).


To help you make educated decisions on what benefits to enroll in, please attend an Open Enrollment Meeting listed below. For detailed information on the benefits offered to you, additional resources are available in the sections below. We hope you and your family are staying safe and healthy during this time.

Open Enrollment Meetings

Join or listen to one of the following Open Enrollment meetings. Click on the Session # to view or call in to listen.


Monday 11/6 11:00am - 12:00pm EST: Session 1


Monday 11/13 1:00pm - 2:00pm EST: Session 2

How To Enroll

Visit the DayForce portal below and use your username and password to enroll and modify your elections for 2024.


  • If you're electing benefits coverage for the first time, you must log in to the portal to make benefits elections between November 6, 2023 and November 17, 2023.
  • Update the information as needed for the eligible dependents you are enrolling in 2024 plans. There will be a Dependent audit for this open enrollment and the details can be found on the page 5 of the open enrollment guide.
  • If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so during the open enrollment period. Your current medical, dental, and vision elections will carry forward to 2024 if you don't make a new election.
  • If you would like to decline benefits coverage, review the benefits plan options in the Ceridian DayForce portal.
  • To participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) in 2024, you must make an election. Your 2024 elections for HSA or FSA will not carry over to 2024.


All plan elections must be completed by November 17, 2023. You will not be able to modify or make new plan elections after that date, unless you experience a life change event.
