Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2021 benefit program available from The Demo Company. Please review your coverage options and choose those that work best for you and your family. This page also includes important instructions on how to make employee elections and contact information should you ever have any questions.
The Demo Company offers you two great medical plan options from UPMC Healthplan.
The UPMC PPO plan offers you rich benefits and a broad network of providers to choose from. The PPO plan provides coverage when you use a non-participating doctor or hospital but at a reduce coverage level.
The UPMC EPO plan also offers you great benefits but requires that you use the providers in the UPMC network for your care. If you go outside of the network, there is no coverage. The EPO plan is a bit more restrictive than the PPO but is offered at a significant savings.
Please review each plan design carefully before making your election.
The Demo Company is proud to offer vision and dental benefits from UPMC Health Plan. Vision benefits are covered at 100% for all employees and their dependents. Dental benefits are covered at 100% for the employee only.
If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by July 31. Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward to 2021 if you don't make a new election. You can use the enrollment/election form below to make changes for 2021.
This year we will be holding an active open enrollment which means all employees are required to complete the enrollment process even if they are electing the same benefits as they had the prior year. We are utilizing a new enrollment platform called Ease that was specifically designed for The Demo Company.
