2021 Annual Enrollment Starts Here!

Coyne Chemical believes that providing quality healthcare benefits to our employees is a top priority. Our goal is to continue to provide you with comprehensive healthcare benefits while managing growing premium costs. After our annual review of the benefit programs where we carefully considered alternatives and conducted extensive negotiations, our medical, dental, and vision carriers will be changing to Aetna effective September 1, 2021.


Coyne Chemical strives to offer employees an array of benefit options to fit a variety of employee needs. Open enrollment is the time to review the benefits and make any changes for the coming plan year (9/1/2021 to 8/31/2022).


Please read this overview carefully as it contains the actions you need to take during open enrollment. All benefit elections made during open enrollment will be effective on September 1, 2021.

Benefits Overview

Medical and Vision – New! Aetna

Three Medical Plan Options

All medical plans include Coyne Chemical funding

Vision coverage remains 100% company paid


Voluntary Dental – New! Aetna

Basic Life & AD&D

Will remain as is with The Hartford


Flexible Spending Accounts

September 1st begins the new plan year for anyone that would like to participate in the Flexible Spending Accounts (Health and Dependent Care). You must reenroll each year.



What Do I Need To Do During Open Enrollment?


This year it will be an ACTIVE ENROLLMENT. You must log onto ADP to elect benefits. If you do not complete this process by August 12 you will not have any coverage for the new plan year.



How Will I Enroll in Benefits?
