There are no changes to your 2021 benefit offerings. Current vendors and plans will remain the same:
- Medical: 3 plan design options from Cigna
- Dental: 1 plan design from Delta Dental
- Vision: 1 plan design from VSP
Enrollment will be captured on Employee Navigator. First time registration requires our Company Identifier: COVERENT

Visit www.employernavigator.com to review your current coverage to make your elections for 2021; all elections EXCEPT FSA will roll over
The "Employer Identifier" when you register for Employee Navigator access is: COVERENT
To participate in a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account in 2021, you must make an active election, even if you're already participating in 2020.
