Welcome
Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about your health care benefits, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.
Your plan year runs from December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2024.
Please review all 2023-2024 Benefits Overview Information.
If NO CHANGES are required then your current benefits will just roll over into the new plan year.

- Medical Grid - UPMC Gold EPO $3,100 $30/$40 (deductible increased from $2,500 to $3,100)
- Dental Grid - UPMC Premium 100/80/50/$50/$1,500/No Ortho
- Vision Grid - UPMC Vision Care Prime Plus with Copay
- Hartford - Life AD&D and Short Term Disability
- UPMC EAP Program called LifeSolutions (page 5)
- Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC)
- Employee Benefit Notices (Health Plan Compliance Notices)
How To Enroll
- If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by November 17th.
- Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward to 2023-2024 if you don't make a new election.
New Hires
If you are a NEW HIRE and need to enroll for the FIRST time, please see above section How to Enroll.
