Worksite Benefits
The City of Grove offers a competitive benefits package for all employees. We realize you make benefit choices based on what’s important to you and the needs of your changing lifestyle. Therefore, along with our core benefits, we offer these additional benefits which help to provide financial support to employees.
- Critical Illness - Benefits are paid directly to you as the employee upon the diagnosis of a critical illness. Illnesses include Cancer, Heart Attack and Stroke. Also pays for a wellness benefit for wellness services and tests.
- Accident Insurance - Benefits are paid directly to you as the employee upon accidents requiring medical treatment. Accidents include accidental death, hospital confinement, intensive care, ambulance services and much more.
