Open enrollment is your annual opportunity to make changes to your employer provided benefits. The City of Anadarko's benefits are not changing this year. We will have some very small rate adjustments on medical and dental.

This year your elections will roll over if you do not make any changes. Please scroll down and follow the Open Enrollment instructions under "How to Enroll" if you need to make changes or if you are a new hire.
Who is Eligible for Benefits?
Employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible to participate in benefits offered by City of Anadarko. When you enroll in the benefits program, you may also cover your legal spouse and/or children up to age 26 regardless of student status, marital status, residence, or financial dependence on you.

We will use the same enrollment system this year. If you are a new hire, you should receive a welcome email from “City of Anadarko Benefits Management - email@example.com” to set up a secure login.
Please contact HR if you have not received this email. If you have logged in before you may need to reset your password if you do not have it saved. Once you are logged in, please follow these steps:
1. Save/remember your username and password;
2. Your current benefit elections are already loaded in EASE;
3. Click the open enrollment "start enrollment";
4. Verify and update your (and any dependents) personal information and follow the enrollment prompts;
5. When finished with your elections please be sure to electronically sign and click finish;
6. Once you are finished, benefit selections will be in force from 10/1/23 to 9/30/2024.
Monday, September 25th is the last day you can make Open Enrollment changes!
Benefit Changes Outside of Open Enrollment need a Qualifying Life Event and/or Loss of Eligibility
You may not change your benefits throughout the year unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event. Qualifying Events may include marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, loss of eligibility under another plan. If you experience a qualifying event, you must notify HR within 30 days of the event; you will then be able to log in to EASE and make changes to your benefits. Please remember you only have 30 days from the event, or 60 days if the event is due to birth or adoption of a child, to make changes to your benefit elections.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma will continue to administer our medical and prescription drug benefits.
BCBS Member Rewards! Get Cash sent to you for using a reward-eligible provider locations for a procedure of service. Eligible provider locations can be found using Provider Finder when you login to BCBSOK.com. After the service you will receive a check in the mail so, please check all mail from BCBS!

The City of Anadarko's vision coverage through VSP has no changes.

The City of Anadarko provides all full-time employees with $30,000 of Basic Life/AD&D coverage.
Who's Your Beneficiary? Everyone needs to make sure your beneficiary is up to date when you enroll through EASE.
Don't forget to update your primary or secondary beneficiary if you experience a life event, such as a divorce or birth of a child.
Life Policy Conversion is available if you want to keep this coverage after you leave employment with The City. You may apply to convert this policy to an individual whole life policy by completing the below application and following the directions on the form within 30 days of leaving employment.
All premiums are automatically calculated when you go through the EASE enrollment site.
Per pay period cost will be calculated on employee's age and election amount(s). In order to elect supplemental life for your spouse and/or child(ren), employees must elect coverage for themselves.
The Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible expenses. By contributing to a Flexible Spending Account, you reduce your taxable income — which saves you money. American Fidelity will provide the City's FSA through Ameriflex starting 10/1/2023.

BCBS of OK's Accident insurance provides you with the extra money you need to help cover the incurred expenses, medical or otherwise, you face when you suffer an injury due to an accident.

If you, or a covered depended, are diagnosed with a covered critical illness this policy will pay you a lump sum for you to use as needed.

ID Theft protection is a constant and growing concern for everyone. The City is pleased to give employees an option to help protect their personal and financial information. If your ID or funds are stolen, then these policies will reimburse and compensate you up to $1 Million.
