Open Enrollment Window: September 12th - 19th

WELCOME

The City of Anadarko is excited to update our benefit offerings this year and provide more online resources.

We are moving all benefits to an October 1st effective date, so there will only be one Open Enrollment going forward.

This new website is your spot to access benefit summaries, carrier links and informative videos 24/7.

This year everyone is required to go through online enrollment, even if you are waiving or don't want to make a change. Please scroll down and follow the Open Enrollment instructions under "How to Enroll".

Who is Eligible for Benefits?

Employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible to participate in benefits offered by City of Anadarko. When you enroll in the benefits program, you may also cover your legal spouse and/or children up to age 26 regardless of student status, marital status, residence, or financial dependence on you.

Qualifying Life Event and/or Loss of Eligibility

You may not change your benefits throughout the year unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event. Qualifying Events may include marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, loss of eligibility under another plan. If you experience a qualifying event, you must notify HR within 30 days of the event; you will then be able to log in to EASE and make changes to your benefits. Please remember you only have 30 days from the event, or 60 days if the event is due to birth or adoption of a child, to make changes to your benefit elections.

The below "EASE Enrollment" link gives you quick access to your login page.

Benefit elections can be viewed at anytime throughout the year through EASE!
