Cambria 401(k) Plan


Action Item: The transition of the Cambria 401(k) Plan to Principal is complete! It’s important to create your new online account as soon as possible, select your beneficiary(ies), and review your contributions and investment elections.


The brochure below provide an overview of the 401(k) Plan.

  • The plan is available to all eligible employees who are 18 and older.
  • Employees are immediately eligible to enter the plan for the employee deferral contribution.
  • New employees are eligible for Cambria contributions following 30 days of employment and are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution level after 30 days of employment. Opt out by filling out the form included in the Welcome Packet and returning it to Human Resources.

Enroll online at Working@Cambria during your initial enrollment period, even if you are not enrolling in Cambria benefits you will need to waive coverage and update beneficiaries for the company funded Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit.

YOUR 2022 DAVIS FAMILY DAIRIES BENEFITS OVERVIEW

Your benefits are an important part of your total compensation at Davis Family Dairies. You can enroll in benefits at your initial enrollment when you are a new hire, if you have a qualifying life event, or during our annual benefits open enrollment that is hosted in the fall. Make sure you review all your benefit options as the benefit elections you make will not be able to change unless you experience a qualifying life event. Health Savings Account election changes can be made at anytime throughout the year on a prospective basis without a qualifying life event.

How To Enroll in Benefits

  • Access Your Account: Working@Cambria
  • Start Enrollment: On your dashboard, find the benefits widget and then click Start Enrollment.
  • Review your current elections: To review your current benefits, go to Benefits Plans tab. You can print a summary by clicking on the three dots on the far right-hand side of your screen.
  • Choose your benefits: To start or continue enrollment, go to the Enrollment tab and select continue. Follow the instructions.
  • Confirm your elections: To submit your enrollment, go to the Confirm and Submit section. Follow the instructions to finalize and submit your selections.

Medical Insurance

Health Savings Account (HSA)

A health savings account (HSA) is a tax-advantaged savings account that you can use for medical expenses. It is paired with a qualifying health insurance plan; typically a high deductible health plan (HDHP). An HDHP is a plan that offers lower monthly premiums in exchange for a higher deductible (the amount you pay out of pocket before insurance kicks in).


Flexible Spending Accounts

Cambria offers three Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) options:

  • Medical FSA for employees enrolled in the $1,500 Deductible Plan with HRA, or employees not enrolled in Cambria's medical plan.
  • The Medical FSA allows you to set aside money on a pre-tax basis that can be used to cover out-of-pocket expenses for medical (after your HRA amount is depleted), dental and vision costs that are not covered by the plan (see "Your Spending Accounts" section in the benefit guide starting on page 19 for details about how it works).
  • Limited FSA for employees enrolled in the $4,000 Deductible Plan with HSA.
  • The Limited FSA allows you to set aside money on a pre-tax basis that can be used to cover out-of-pocket expenses for dental and vision ONLY.
  • Dependent Care FSA for those with eligible dependents (no medical election is required).
  • The Dependent Care FSA is used to set aside pre-tax dollars to cover daycare/elder care expenses for eligible dependents.
