We are happy to announce there will be no benefit changes for the 2022-2023 plan year. Your current elections will rollover to next plan year if you make no changes. If you would like to make a benefit change (drop or add a dependent), please download and submit a paper enrollment/change form to Kristin before November 18th, 2022.


If you experience a qualifying event that requires a benefit change mid-plan year, please notify Kristin within 30-days of the qualifying event. If you miss the 30-day window you will have to wait until next open enrollment to make a benefit change.

MEDICAL

Medical benefits are through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma.
