What's New

Medical

Effective January 1, 2022 - If you want to get a 90 day supply of a maintenance medication for the same cost of mail order service (2 months for the price of 3) you will need to fill that prescription at Rite Aid.

After December 30, 2021 you will no longer be able to get a 90 day supply for the same cost of mail order service at Walgreens. Make sure to have your physician transfer your script from Walgreens to Rite Aid to continue to get this benefit.

Reminder: Copays will apply for radiology services (i.e. x-rays) when preformed during a physician visit in an office setting.

CORA Services will continue to offer the two medical plans (HDHP and POS) with no plan changes, however employee contributions are increasing slightly.


Healthcare FSA

Reminder - as of January 1, 2021 you can now use your FSA for over the counter medications 


NEW BENEFIT!!! - Commuter Transit FSA

If you elect the Commuter FSA, you will be able to set aside pre-tax dollars to be spent on work-related transit costs. You can elect to contribute up to $270 per month into your Commuter FSA. You can change your Commuter FSA benefit election throughout the plan year based on your work-related transit costs. There is no “use it or lose it” and any unspent monthly funds will rollover to the next month. For details regarding the transit benefit refer to the recorded presentation, guidebook and FAQs contained in the landing page.


What do I need to do during this Open Enrollment?

·   Review your current plan elections as this is your only time during the plan year to make a change to your benefit elections without an IRS approved qualifying life event.

·   Your medical, dental, vision and voluntary STD and Life elections will rollover if you take no action.

·   If you would like to be enrolled in a Healthcare FSA, Dependent Care FSA, Limited Purpose FSA, or Health Savings Account effective December 1, 2021 you MUST make your election the Paylocity Self Service Portal.


Eligibility

All regular Full-Time employees who work 30 hours per week are eligible for the below benefits. In your guidebook on page 9, you will find eligibility details on the 403(b).


  • Medical - First of the month following Date of Hire
  • Dental - First of the month following Date of Hire
  • Vision - First of the month following Date of Hire
  • Employer Paid Life and AD&D - First of the month following 4 months of service
  • Employer Paid Long Term Disability - First of the month following 4 months of service
  • Employer Paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Effective upon date of hire
  • Short Term Disability - First of the month following 4 months of service
  • Voluntary Life and AD&D - First of the month following 4 months of service
  • Flexible Spending Accounts - First of the month following date of hire
  • Health Savings Accounts - First of the month following date of hire & are enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan


Employees who are eligible to participate in CORA Services’ benefit programs may also enroll their dependents. For the purpose of our benefit plans, your dependents are defined as follows:

• Your legal spouse or domestic partner (special rules apply for domestic partner coverage and you could have additional tax liability)

• For medical, dental, vision and Voluntary Life - Children, your children are covered to the end of the calendar month when they reach age 26.

• Your unmarried children of any age who are mentally or physically disabled and totally dependent upon you for support (proof of condition and dependence must be submitted)

  • Visit the Paylocity Self-Service Portal via computer to review your current coverage and enroll/modify your elections for 2021-2022
  • One logged in, navigate to the “HR & Payroll > Enterprise Benefits” tab
  • Company ID: 40847
  • If you do not log in and select your benefits, your current FSA (Healthcare & Dependent Care) elections will END, while all other elections will remain as is
