Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the benefits that will be offered in the 2021-2022 plan year, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family. Please review our Benefit Guide and attend our upcoming education session to learn more about our 2021 benefits offerings. 2021-2022 Benefit Guide

For the 2021-2022 plan year, medical, dental and vision benefits will move from Cigna to UnitedHealthcare.

Medical Overview:

  • You will have the option to choose between the UHC Choice Open Access In-Network plan or the UHC Choice Open Access PPO plan.
  • The HRA will be through Optum.
  • Chesapeake Contracting Group will contribute half of the in-network deductible to the HRA.

Dental Overview:

  • The DPPO offers coverage for both in-network and out-of-network dental providers.
  • Orthodontia is available for children only, up to age 19.

Vision Overview:

  • The vision plan offers coverage for both in-network and out-of-network vision providers.
  • Members aged 0-12 and members who are pregnant or breastfeeding are eligible for a second exam.

You will be prompted to create a new password when you log in for the first time.
