Your plan year runs from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.

If NO changes are needed, then your current benefits will just roll over into the new plan year.

HOW TO ENROLL
Current Employees:
- If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by June 15th.
- Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward to 2024-2025 if you don't make a new election.
New Hires:
- You will need to complete any related enrollment form(s).
