ISOLVED HEALTH REIMBURSEMENT
Bressler Drilling, Inc. has setup a Health Reimbursement Account for those on the E6000i100LXES21B plan. Attached is how the plan works and also an ISolved Reimbursement Request Form for those that might be doing their reimbursement via paper.
HOW TO ENROLL
Current Employees:
- You need to make your new election for whichever United Healthcare Plan by June 30th.
New Hires:
- You will need to complete any related enrollment form(s).
