ISOLVED HEALTH REIMBURSEMENT
Bressler Drilling, Inc. has setup a Health Reimbursement Account for those on the E6000i100LXES21B plan. Attached is how the plan works and also an ISolved Reimbursement Request Form for those that might be doing their reimbursement via paper.

Your current elections will just roll into the new plan year with all your same elections.
New Hires:
- You will need to complete any related enrollment form(s).
