Eligibility
Regular employees working at least 32 hours per week are eligible to participate in benefits offered by Bobby & Steve's. When you enroll in the benefits program, you may also cover your eligible dependents. Dependents include your legal spouse, child(ren) up to age 26 (regardless of student status, marital status, residence, or financial dependence on you), and an unmarried child over the age of 26 who is physically or mentally disabled and primarily supported by you.

The Health Savings Account (HSA) allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible expenses. By contributing to a HSA you reduce your taxable income, so you pay less in taxes — which saves you money.
To be eligible for an HSA, you must be enrolled in the $3,500-30% HSA Silver or $6,000-35% HSA Bronze Plan.

To contribute to your HSA, contact your bank or financial advisor about how to set up a Health Savings Account.
Who's Your Beneficiary? Naming a beneficiary is a crucial part of electing a HSA. Also, don't forget to update your primary or secondary beneficiary if you experience a life event, such as a divorce or birth of a child.
Bobby & Steve's partners with Sun Life to administer the dental plan for 2025. The dental plan provides comprehensive coverage to help you and your family maintain good dental health.
There are two dental benefit plan options available to you, the High Plan and the Low Plan. Bobby & Steve's provides employee-only coverage on the Low Plan at no cost to you.
Find an In-Network Provider:
Bobby & Steve's partners with Sun Life for vision coverage to help pay for eye exams, prescription glasses and contact lenses. You receive a higher level of benefits when you see a provider in the network. Please note vision insurance is issued by Sun Life. Certain claims and network administration services are provided through Vision Service Plan (VSP). For detailed plan information, review your coverage details in your Benefit Guide.
How do I locate an in-network VSP doctor?
You will have access to the largest national network of private-practice eye care doctors in the industry through Vision Service Plan (VSP). There are three ways to find an in-network doctor:
Bobby & Steve's provides you with Basic Life/AD&D coverage through Sun Life. You also have the option to purchase short term disability benefits through Sun Life.
Basic Life/AD&D
Employees working 32 or more hours per week are eligible for $25,000 coverage payable to your designated beneficiary in the event of your death. Accidental death & dismemberment benefit (AD&D) benefit payments are determined based upon the type of loss incurred and are payable up to the full benefit amount.
The amount of life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment benefits will reduce by 33% at age 65, and another 33% at age 70.
Voluntary Short Term Disability
Short term disability (STD) benefits are designed to provide you with a source of weekly income in the event you are unable to work for a few weeks or months due to a non-work related illness or injury. Bobby & Steve's provides eligible employees the opportunity to purchase short term disability benefits through Sun Life. Employees are able to enroll in STD during the annual open enrollment period only.
Voluntary Accident and Critical Illness Insurance
Bobby & Steve's provides a competitive benefits package for all employees as part of our total compensation package. We realize you make benefit choices based on what’s important to you and the needs of your changing lifestyle. Therefore, along with our core benefits, we offer voluntary accident and voluntary critical illness insurance which help to provide financial support to employees.
For covered accidental injuries and critical illness diagnoses, fixed benefits are paid directly to you regardless of any other coverage you may have and you can spend it any way you choose. Employees are eligible to enroll in accident or critical illness insurance each year during open enrollment only.
